Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations of a multifamily community in Morrisville, NC. You will deliver outstanding resident service, handle leasing activities, and assist in marketing efforts to attract and retain residents.

The role requires 1-3 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and basic PC proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel). Weekend/evening hours may be required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent follow up and follow through skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
