Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Stafford, VA to support the Property Manager with daily condo/apartment operations. You will deliver outstanding resident service and help optimize leasing strategies through market awareness.

The role requires 1-3 years in property management or leasing, strong communication, and reliable follow-through. Full-time, on-site position with standard hours and weekend/evening flexibility.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent follow up and follow through skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and resolving concerns promptly.
• Staying informed on market conditions and competitor properties to optimize leasing strategies.
• Monitoring tenant accounts and following up on delinquent payments.
• Supporting leasing and marketing efforts to attract and retain residents.
