Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent in Fremont, CA to greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and identify housing needs. You will assist with leasing paperwork, credit checks, and move-in processes, while collecting rent and deposits and communicating clear lease terms.

Ideal candidates have leasing, property management, customer service, sales, or hospitality backgrounds and are comfortable with basic software (MS Word/Excel) and leasing platforms.

Qualifications

• Backgrounds in leasing, property management, customer service, sales, or hospitality.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Exposure to social media and leasing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting prospective residents, conducting tours, and identifying housing needs.
• Assisting with leasing paperwork, including applications, lease agreements, and checks.
• Collecting rent, security deposits, and move-in fees.
• Communicating lease terms and community policies to residents.
• Following up with prospects who haven’t leased.
• Ensuring apartments are move-in ready and adding final touches.
• Implementing marketing techniques to attract new residents.
• Managing lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
• Responding to calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
