Job summary

Block 2 Lofts Apartments on Markham Street in Downtown Little Rock, AR, is seeking a dependable Part-Time Apartment Porter to keep the community clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

This role offers a part-time schedule Monday–Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with pay at $15.00-$17.00 per hour depending on experience, plus a quarterly bonus up to $375. Join Monarch Investment & Management Group and grow with a respected multifamily company.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, apartment communities, or similar work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep the community looking its best by maintaining excellent curb appeal.
• Clean and maintain common areas, including the leasing office, hallways, restrooms, and amenity spaces.
• Remove trash and debris throughout the property to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs, and apartment turns.
• Help prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents.
• Assist with seasonal property needs as assigned.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the maintenance team promptly.

Pay & Perks

• Quarterly Performance Bonus - Earn up to $375 every quarter!
