Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking a reliable Porter for Park Meadows Apartments in Waite Park, MN. You’ll maintain curb appeal, clean interiors, and assist with basic maintenance to keep the community welcoming for residents and guests.

Position is full-time, 8:00AM–4:30PM, Monday–Friday, with a $15–$17/hour DOE pay scale plus quarterly bonuses and strong benefits. Join a company known for values and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or similar work.
• Proactive, detail-focused, dependable team player.
• Basic knowledge of property operations/maintenance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and keep common areas spotless.
• Clean and organize interior spaces (office, bathrooms, amenities).
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as painting, repairs, and unit turns.
• Help with trash removal and preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Support seasonal tasks (snow removal, pool upkeep, etc.).
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00AM – 4:30PM

The team at Park Meadows Apartments in Waite Park is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Porter who is a self-starter to help keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

• $15.00–$17.00 per hour DOE
