• Perform apartment turnover cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, counters and fixtures, ensuring apartments are move-in ready.
• Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, fitness centers, and community rooms.
• Pick up trash and debris through the property grounds.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust common areas as needed.
• Help maintain curb appeal and a clean, professional appearance of the community.
• Support the maintenance team with basic tasks as assigned.

• Clean and maintain common areas including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, fitness centers, and community rooms
• Pick up trash and debris through the property grounds
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust common areas as needed
• Help maintain curb appeal and a clean, professional appearance of the community
• Support the maintenance team with basic tasks as assigned
