Job summary

Aspen Square Management in Papillion, Nebraska is looking for a dedicated Apartment Turn Technician to join our team at Adley at 72nd. You will ensure homes are up to company standards for new residents by performing make-ready tasks, basic remodeling, carpentry, and general maintenance.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and appliance installation, can meet deadlines, and work well in a team. HVAC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and appliance installation.
• Experience with residential remodeling and basic maintenance tasks.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure apartments meet company standards for future residents.
• Maintain grounds and perform drywall repair/painting as needed.
• Replace fixtures, outlets, wiring, countertops, cabinets and hardware.
• Perform routine maintenance or repairs before move-in and provide own hand tools.
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation; be available for on-site rotation.
