Job summary

Two Coast Living in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents. You will perform maintenance, cosmetic improvements, and inspections to ensure units are move-in ready on schedule.

Working on-site, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional on-call. The role offers growth into Maintenance Technician and requires at least 1 year of related experience and a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/turnover work.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) including painting, repairs, and fixture replacement.
• Test appliances and change HVAC filters.
• Perform flooring touch-ups and general cleaning to meet standards.
• Ensure apartments meet quality and safety standards before move-in.
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs and property upkeep.
