Job summary

MAA seeks an Apartment Make Ready Technician in the Dallas area to perform general maintenance and prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including painting, pressure washing, and basic repairs to ensure high-quality homes for residents. The role requires at least 6 months of related experience in multifamily property maintenance or general labor, plus the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments exposed to adverse weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including painting and basic maintenance.
• Perform pressure washing and grounds keeping tasks.
• Conduct general upkeep of apartment homes and common areas to ensure quality and safety.
