Job summary

MAA is hiring an Apartment Make Ready Technician to perform general maintenance and ensure apartment homes and facilities are in good working order. You will prepare empty units for future residents, including painting, pressure washing, grounds care, and basic repairs.

Eligible candidates typically have six months of related experience and can work outdoors in varying weather. MAA offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within the company.

• Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments exposed to adverse weather conditions.
