Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is hiring dependable Apartment Make Ready Technicians for temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities with top apartment management companies in the Fort Worth area. Prior apartment maintenance experience is preferred.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in multifamily maintenance, own tools, and be able to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. We offer weekly pay and flexible scheduling to support reliable, hard-working team members.

Qualifications

• Must have your own tools.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous multifamily maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
• Knowledge of the English language.
• Must have valid I.D., reliable transportation, and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacant units to identify repairs or improvements.
• Perform painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
• Ensure units are cleaned, functioning, and ready for occupancy.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and property management to address issues promptly.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Assist with other property maintenance duties as needed.
