Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Make-Ready Technician in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. This role prepares vacant apartments for new residents by performing maintenance, cosmetic improvements, and safety checks to ensure move-in readiness on schedule.

You will collaborate with the Maintenance and Property Management teams, perform various turn-over tasks, and support ongoing property upkeep. A path to the Maintenance Technician role is emphasized, with opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in multifamily or residential maintenance, handyman work, or make-ready/turnover work.
• Minimum 1 year of collective plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover (make-ready) work, including painting, surface repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing, HVAC filter changes, flooring and carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet company quality and safety standards prior to move-in.
• Support the maintenance team with ongoing repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards.
• Interact professionally and courteously with residents and team members while working throughout the community.
