Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking dependable Apartment Make Ready Technicians for temporary and temp-to-hire roles with top apartment management companies. Prior multifamily maintenance experience is preferred and tools are required.

You will inspect vacant units, perform painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, and ensure each unit is ready for new residents with high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Must have own tools.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous multifamily maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
• Knowledge of the English language.
• Must have valid I.D., reliable transportation, and pass a background check.
