Responsibilities include apartment turnover, painting, patching, flooring, preventive maintenance, and inventory management. A high school diploma and a valid Ohio driver’s license are required, with the ability to lift 60 pounds and work under varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Patch, paint, and floor apartment turnover as part of maintenance duties.
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
