Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Address resident service requests and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Oversee turnovers, inspect, repair, and clean units for move-in readiness.
• Maintain curb appeal through landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and property management staff.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure safety regulations and standards are followed.
• Additional duties as required.
