Job summary

TI Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician for SouthRidge to perform preventive maintenance and timely repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.

As a reliable team member, you will support the community by keeping common areas safe and welcoming, handling work orders promptly, and participating in on-call rotations to ensure resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Maintenance know-how across multiple trades (HVAC certification a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability and a customer-first attitude.
