TI Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Desert Ridge in Las Vegas, NV. You will perform preventive maintenance and urgent repairs to keep residents safe, comfortable, and at home.

You’ll diagnose HVAC, plumbing, electrical issues and use hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment. Reliability and a customer‑first attitude are essential for this team.

Qualifications

• Maintenance know-how across multiple trades (HVAC certification a plus).
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

Location: 7055 E Lake Mead Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89156

Property: Desert Ridge Apartments Homes

Property Size: 304 units (market rate)

Employment Duration: Regular, Full time

Salary: $22/hour + bonus + benefits + housing discount

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-6pm
