TI Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Desert Ridge in Las Vegas, NV. You'll perform maintenance across trades, diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances, and keep common areas clean and welcoming for residents.

Schedule is Tue-Sat, 9am-6pm, with on-call rotation. This role offers a base wage of $22/hour plus bonus, benefits, and housing discount, reflecting our commitment to safe, well-maintained communities.

Formación

• Experience performing maintenance across multiple trades.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
• Reliability and customer-first attitude.
• Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently.

Property Size: 304 units (market rate)

Employment Duration: Regular, Full time

Salary: $22/hour + bonus + benefits + housing discount

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-6pm

What You’ll Do

• Knock out work orders and preventive maintenance with care.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Participate in on-call rotation when your community needs you most.

What We’re Looking For

• Maintenance know-how across multiple trades (HVAC certification a plus).
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliability and a customer-first attitude.
• Team spirit and willingness to jump in where needed.
