Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Southern Lights & Acme Hotel communities in Billings, MT. The role will diagnose and perform maintenance tasks to keep the 39-unit property in excellent condition.

You will work independently, respond to resident requests, and uphold safety standards while delivering reliable service. Competitive salary is offered based on experience and credentials.

EPA/HVAC certification preferred; on-call availability is required.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience.
• Three to four years of related experience or training.
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.

• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather.
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule.
