Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician for Livestock Exchange and Livestock Commons in Omaha, NE. You will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance repairs while delivering outstanding service to residents.

Three to four years of related experience and EPA/HVAC certification are required. On-call availability and the ability to work independently are essential. Tools provided and excellent benefits accompany this role.
