Job summary

Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at Anasazi Village in Santa Fe, NM. This Tax Credit property has 116 units. The role will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs while delivering excellent resident service.

It is a full-time position with pay up to $23.00 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and skills. Benefits and perks are provided to employees.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience required.
• Three to four years of related experience or training.
• Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.
• Ability to work independently.
• EPA or HVAC certification is required.
• Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather.
• Be available for on-call maintenance schedule.
