Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Chandler Pointe in Bellevue, NE. This Tax Credit/HUD property has 200 units and offers up to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and skills.

You will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance and repairs while delivering excellent resident service. The role requires independence, reliability, and the ability to work on-call and through various weather conditions.
