Megan Properties Management is seeking aMaintenance Technician to handle a broad range of property maintenance tasks across occupied and vacant units. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and document work while upholding health and safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Property Manager, inspecting properties, and assisting in preparing units for occupancy and tours. A focus on timely service, quality workmanship, and compliance with regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience including appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing/electrical knowledge, and drywall/painting.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Document work performed on service requests.
• Inspect property interiors and exteriors for safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with Property Manager on projects and budget.
• Schedule and supervise contractors as needed.
• Prepare units for move-ins and tours by completing tasks such as lock changes and punch lists.
