Job summary

Baron Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Canyon Ridge Apartments in Boise, Idaho. This full-time, on-site role requires practical maintenance skills, safety awareness, and reliable responsiveness to resident requests.

You will perform unit preparations, exterior upkeep, preventative maintenance, and repairs, while keeping tools organized and adhering to OSHA standards. Prior apartment maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Prior maintenance technician experience, preferably in apartment/commercial settings.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license; CPO/EPA certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Unit preparation for occupancy; ensure repairs meet standards.
• Exterior maintenance: trash, light checks, landscape, custodial tasks, snow removal.
• OSHA compliance: maintain knowledge and comply with OSHA standards.
• Preventative maintenance: perform and log scheduled tasks.
