AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician to work on-site at the Bay Club community in Jacksonville, Florida. The role focuses on repairs, preventive maintenance, and resident-focused service to keep units move-in ready and residents comfortable.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to ready units for new residents.
• Perform resident-requested repairs and routine maintenance.
• May train other Maintenance Technicians and support skill development.
• Assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary by team needs and season.
