Qualifications

• Minimum two years of maintenance and general repair experience.
• Proficiency in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and related tasks.
• Own basic tools as allowed by state laws.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy within deadlines.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain OSHA and Clean Air Act compliance.
• Oversee inventory of tools and equipment.
• Complete training, logs, and reports timely.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold policies.
• Collaborate on curb appeal and grounds maintenance.
• Occasional on-call duties and overtime.
