Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certification preferred; additional certifications a plus.
• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry.
• Prepare vacant homes for new residents (make-ready).
• Conduct routine inspections and safety checks of grounds and common areas.
• Assist with on-call maintenance and emergency response as needed.
• Maintain accurate work orders, inventories, and records.
