• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and building systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on community equipment, buildings, and common areas.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents (make-ready and turn).
• Inspect buildings, grounds, amenities, and equipment for safety and maintenance needs.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and on-site rotation.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, inventory, and maintenance activities.
• Communicate with residents, vendors, and team members to deliver excellent service.
