• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, including on‑call support.
• Maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Keep grounds clean, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Ensure property is safe and meets code requirements.
• Use and maintain tools and equipment properly and safely.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Clean and maintain common areas.
• Order maintenance supplies as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and attend required training.
• Other operational tasks.
