Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for The Park at Knightsbridge in Riverview, FL. You will perform daily maintenance tasks, assist with unit make-readies, and handle plumbing, electrical, pool repairs, and appliance issues.

A HVAC license and 2+ years in multi-family maintenance are required; on-call rotation and strong customer service are part of the role. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

2+ years of apartment maintenance experience in multifamily housing.
HVAC license required.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools, and general repairs.
Solid troubleshooting and time-management abilities.
Own basic hand tools.
Willingness to work on-call as scheduled.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily service requests for residents.
Support unit make-readies and apartment upgrades.
Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, pool repairs as needed.
Collaborate with Lead Maintenance on projects.
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning community.
Participate in on-call rotation and use own tools responsibly.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and coworkers.
