Job summary

Habitat America, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for Windsor Valley Apartments in Edgewood, MD. The role covers general apartment maintenance, unit turnovers, and after-hours on-call shifts, reporting to the Community Manager.

Applicants should have 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience. HVAC/CFC certifications are a plus; ability to work independently or with a team is essential. Compensation is hourly and depends on experience and certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience required.
• Experience with appliance repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting preferred.
• HVAC/CFC certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general apartment systems and perform repairs as needed.
• Assist with unit turnovers and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Coordinate with contractors and report to Community Manager.
