Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Experience with appliance repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall and painting.
• HVAC/CFC certification is a plus.
• Independent work ability and team collaboration.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work weekends and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Handle general apartment maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with unit turnovers and turnovers-related tasks.
• Be part of the after-hours on-call rotation.
• Report to the Community Manager.
