Job summary

Adara Communities in Irving, TX is seeking an Apartment Assistant Maintenance Technician to support a growing residential community. You will handle daily service requests, assist with unit make-readies and upgrades, and perform general maintenance tasks to keep residents comfortable and safe.

The role requires at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience in multifamily settings and a valid HVAC license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years apartment maintenance in multifamily settings.
• HVAC license required.
• Good knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools.
• Own basic hand tools; on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily service requests for residents.
• Support unit make-readies and upgrades.
• Perform general maintenance incl. plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, pool upkeep.
• Collaborate with Lead Maintenance Technician on projects.
• Maintain safe, clean community and participate in on-call rotation.
• Use and maintain tools professionally and provide customer service.
