Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Pinewood, a 240-unit apartment community in Houston, TX. You will oversee the general appearance and maintenance to ensure a positive living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include monitoring repairs, completing work requests, performing preventative maintenance, repairing appliances, preparing vacant units, and occasional on-call duties with a trip stipend. Safety is emphasized across all activities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting systems.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property for repairs or replacements.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipend if called back after hours.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
