Job summary

Cottonwood Residential's Stonebriar of Frisco Apartments in Frisco, TX seeks a Maintenance Technician to service plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds across the community. The role requires English communication, physical agility to lift up to 50 lbs, and availability for evenings and weekends.

EPA Type II or Universal is a plus, along with HVAC troubleshooting and CPO certification. A valid driver’s license is required, and we offer strong benefits including health and 401k matching in

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English to communicate with customers and interpret manuals.
• Perform repairs including plumbing, electrical work, and general carpentry.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification is a plus; HVAC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required; on-call after-hours service may be required.
