This role includes responsibilities like cleaning grounds, handling maintenance requests, appliance repairs, and participating in on-call emergencies. Compensation includes monthly bonuses, PTO, and various medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property.
• Must have experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.)
• Reliable transportation is a must.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Completing maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Participating in on-call rotation for emergencies.
