Job summary

• Experience in apartment maintenance or comparable position.
• Knowledge of REAC and regulatory inspections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and responds to work orders.
• Conducts unit turnovers and inspections.
• Performs a variety of maintenance tasks as needed.
