Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group in Las Vegas is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining an apartment community.

Responsibilities include overall maintenance of the community and grounds, turnover work in vacant units, timely completion of work requests, and upkeep of curb appeal and common areas. HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related trades are essential skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of experience in property management maintenance.
• Skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related trades as listed.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies during evenings, weekends or holidays and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Overall maintenance of the community and grounds area.
• Turnover work in vacant units (painting, maintenance, etc.).
• Completing work requests in a timely manner.
• Maintaining curb appeal and common areas.
