Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians in the Las Vegas area to support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations of an apartment community. The role covers ground upkeep, turnover work, and timely completion of work requests, with on-call evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in property maintenance is preferred.
• Experience with routine repairs and preventative maintenance is desirable.
• Comfort with responding to emergency calls as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of the community and grounds area.
• Turnover work in vacant units (painting, maintenance, etc.).
• Completing work requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain curb appeal and grounds throughout the property.
