Job summary

Woodmont Real Estate Services seeks an Apartment Maintenance Technician for The Central Park Apartments in Sunnyvale, CA. The role focuses on responsive maintenance, including plumbing, painting, turnover, and general upkeep to keep a safe, clean community.

The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, typically Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with on-call rotation. Experience with property management systems like RealPage or Yardi is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience on multifamily property management.
• Experience with RealPage, HappyCo, Yardi or other property management systems.
• Familiarity with diagnostics and repairs for standard apartment appliances (GE, Whirlpool, refrigerators, microwaves, HVAC, painting, drywall).

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service requests and perform repairs and preventive maintenance per policies, safety standards, and codes.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections, punch lists, vendor scheduling, and walkthroughs.
• Maintain inventory and supplies; notify supervisor for reorders.
