Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience in multifamily property management.
• Experience with property management systems preferred.
• Familiarity with standard apartment appliance repairs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and perform repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments.
• Maintain inventory by notifying supervisor of reorder needs.
• Document all work completed including service requests.
• Assist in cleaning common areas and maintaining community appeal.
