Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in an apartment community or hotel.
• General maintenance, plumbing and electrical skills required.
• Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills; warm, outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and turn units for move-ins (make ready).
• Complete typical apartment work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Inspect units and exterior property; supervise landscaping vendors as needed.
• Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Replace and repair household appliances (refrigerator, stove, sinks, toilets).
• Opportunity to do basic welding, light HVAC repair and special projects.
• Light cleaning and grounds pickup per safety protocols.
