Job summary

Thomas Safran & Associates is hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for Wilshire Towers, a 283-unit community in Koreatown, Los Angeles, CA. Regular full-time schedule with flexible start and end times, and a salary range of $24.00-$30.00 per hour plus amazing benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in facilities maintenance or apartment/hotel environments preferred but not required.
• General maintenance, plumbing and electrical skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Warm, outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and turn units for move-ins (make ready).
• Complete typical apartment work orders.
• General preventative maintenance and unit inspections.
• Exterior property maintenance, sidewalk grinding and landscaping vendor supervision.
• Minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Replacement and repair of household appliances (fridge, stove, sinks, drains, toilets).
• Opportunity to do basic welding, minor HVAC repair and special projects.
• Light cleaning and grounds pickup in accordance with safety protocols.

• Salary Range:$24.00-$30.00/hour plus amazing benefits

We are hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians at Wilshire Towers , a 283-unitaffordable multi-family community in Koreatown, Los Angeles, CA.

• Regular full-time schedule is Monday- Friday with flexiblestarting and end times.
