• Minimum two years’ experience in facilities maintenance, hotel or apartment community experience preferred.
• General maintenance, plumbing and electrical skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and turn units for move‑ins.
• Complete typical apartment work orders.
• General preventative maintenance and unit inspections.
• Exterior property maintenance and landscaping vendor supervision.
• Minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Replacement and repair of household appliances.
