Job summary

MAA is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician to keep apartment homes and facilities in top condition. You’ll diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and related systems, and prep units for move-in.

Required is 1–3 years in multifamily maintenance, HVAC experience, and EPA Type II or Universal certification or eligibility within 90 days, plus a valid driver’s license. Join a large, nationwide property manager offering career growth.

• HVAC experience required and EPA certification due at hire or within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair to keep apartment homes and facilities in good order.
• Prepare apartments for move-in and diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units and electrical/plumbing issues.
• Follow a preventative maintenance schedule and update residents after repairs.
