Sequoia Equities is seeking Service Technicians to ensure our apartments are maintained and ready for move-in, delivering a welcoming experience for residents. You will handle basic maintenance tasks, communicate clearly with residents, and contribute to a positive community atmosphere.

The role includes on-call duties and weekend availability, with a focus on reliability and teamwork. Compensation ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, with quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $20 - $25 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
