Flexible schedule including weekends and on-call duties may apply. Responsibilities include coordinating work orders, assisting with budget monitoring, and ensuring quality repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years general maintenance experience in multi-family or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pools, appliances, drywall.
• Coordinate and respond to resident work orders and make-readies.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and budget monitoring.
