Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties across our apartment community in Key West, FL.

You will assist the Service Manager, ensure work orders are completed timely, and participate in preventative maintenance programs. Flexible schedule and on-call duty are required; a valid driver's license is needed, with on-site work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability.

Responsabilités

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assists with resident functions.
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
