Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our Jacksonville apartment community. You will perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties and support the Service Manager to maintain the property.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance is required.
• You are punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
