Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Summercrest Burleson to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties across the community. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor and help manage maintenance programs to keep the property in top condition.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Aufgaben

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Responds to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assists with resident functions
• Participates in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
